Soft bedding options, a variety of toys, scratching posts, and elevated resting spots all encourage your cat to stretch, snooze, and explore in their own time. Fully opening windows provide plenty of fresh air and allow your cat to safely experience the smells, sounds, and sensations of nature. Nutrition Tailored to Their Needs
At LuLu’s, we provide a premium selection of wet foods and Advance dry biscuits to suit a range of feline preferences. If your cat has a particular favourite or dietary requirement, you’re welcome to supply their regular food—we’ll follow your feeding instructions to the letter to keep their routine consistent and comforting.
Personalised Care & Gentle Attention
We take the time to get to know each guest individually. Whether your cat is outgoing and playful or shy and sensitive, we adapt our care to their personality. From quiet cuddle sessions to interactive toy play, brushing, or simply keeping them company, we ensure your cat receives the kind of love and attention they’re used to at home.
With a deliberately small guest to suite ratio (excluding Christmas), we’re able to give each cat the time and care they truly deserve. There’s no rush, no noise, no stress—just calm, thoughtful care in a peaceful space.
Hygiene & Safety First
Cleanliness is essential to both comfort and health. Suites are cleaned and maintained daily, and litter trays are scooped and refreshed multiple times a day. We adhere to strict hygiene protocols between each guest stay and require up-to-date vaccinations to ensure a safe, healthy environment for all.

Whether your cat is a senior, has medical needs, or just needs a little extra patience and care, we’re here to help. We have experience with administering medication and caring for cats with unique requirements, and we’re always happy to tailor our approach to your cat’s needs
